Support Consultant/Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Manage support tickets and change requests regarding scope, budget, timelines, and quality
• Support multiple enterprise customers ensuring high responsiveness and satisfaction
• Act as a key interface between customers and internal teams
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and additional services
• Develop and optimize workflows, data entities, reports, forms, and customizations using X++
• Utilize modern development tools including source control, ALM, and AI-assisted tools
• Contribute to software quality through clean coding, code reviews, and testing

Requirements

• Solid experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM or Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Experience with data integrations (DMF, Electronic Reporting, Dual Write, OData)
• Strong understanding of D365 F&SCM architecture and business modules (Finance, Supply Chain, WMS)
• Experience with modern development tools, source control, and DevOps platforms
• Relevant IT education, degree, or equivalent professional qualification
• Fluent German and English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in application support, managed services, or customer-facing technical roles
