Avenir Conseil is a subsidiary of the ALTEN group, specializing in the digital transformation of major industrial players through the deployment of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions. Since 1986, they have supported clients in optimizing business processes and onboarding technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide user assistance via hotline, email, or ticketing tools
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to business tools, technical software (including CATIA), or equipment
  • Support users in utilizing internal software related to design, production, or maintenance
  • Provide technical expertise in mechanics and electronics to guide solutions
  • Document incidents, update knowledge bases, and report recurring anomalies
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and technical teams for efficient resolution

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanics, electronics, industrial computing, or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in user request management (technical support/hotline)
  • Proficiency in CATIA and CAD/CAM tools
  • Knowledge of business information systems (ERP, PLM, etc.)
  • Fluent English (written and oral)
  • Strong reactivity, rigor, and autonomy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a multicultural environment
