Support CODEP

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and/or technical support for CODEP and RTM-GCB tools
• Manage user tickets including analysis, diagnosis, and resolution
• Assist users in learning and using the tools
• Participate in incident management and anomaly tracking
• Contribute to documentation such as user guides and procedures
• Provide regular reporting on activities and encountered issues
• Collaborate with business and IT teams in an international environment

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Knowledge of or interest in Stellantis tools
• Proficiency with CODEP and RTM-GCB
• Strong understanding of application environments and user support
• Fluency in French (B2)
• Fluency in Italian (B2)
• Proficiency in English (B1+)
