Responsibilities

• Assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone
• Helping ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
• Working closely with the support team and other Wolt teams to continuously improve our service

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in German
• Availability to work minimum 30 hours per week across different shifts (morning, evening, weekend)
• Right to work in Hungary
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
