Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Execute operational policies including packing/unpacking shipments and organizing the stock room
• Assist with various store functions such as greeting customers, running tasks, cashiering, and answering phones
• Maintain product flow to ensure the smooth running of the store and a premium customer experience

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, and reach
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
