Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Execute operational policies including cashiering, answering phones, and acting as a greeter
• Manage shipment processing by packing and unpacking deliveries
• Organize the stock room to ensure efficient product flow and smooth store operations
• Assist with various tasks to support the overall excellence of the retail team

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Strong multitasking skills and a collaborative mindset
