Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Execute operational policies including cashiering, answering phones, and acting as a greeter
• Manage shipment processing by packing and unpacking deliveries
• Organize the stock room to ensure efficient product flow and smooth store operations
• Act as a runner to support the sales team and customer experience

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, weekends, and occasional overnights
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, climb ladders, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to multitask and adapt to constantly changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in stockroom management or related logistics roles
