Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Act as a greeter, runner, and cashier to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Execute operational policies and procedures, including answering phones
• Manage shipment processing by packing and unpacking deliveries
• Organize the stock room to maintain efficient product flow and store organization

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, climb ladders, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to multitask and adapt to constantly changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in stockroom or inventory management
