Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front of house and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Execute operational policies including cashiering, answering phones, and acting as a greeter
• Manage stock room organization, including packing and unpacking shipments to ensure smooth product flow
• Maintain store standards through efficient multitasking and resourcefulness

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
