Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment
• Act as a greeter, runner, and cashier to ensure seamless customer service
• Execute operational policies and procedures, including answering phones
• Manage shipment processes by packing and unpacking deliveries
• Organize the stockroom to maintain efficient product flow and store organization

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
