Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced retail environment
• Act as a greeter, runner, and cashier to ensure seamless customer service
• Execute operational policies including answering phones and processing transactions
• Manage stock room organization, including packing and unpacking shipments to support product flow
• Maintain store standards through efficient multitasking and resourcefulness

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, weekends, and occasional overnights
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, and climb ladders
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
