Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house retail operations in a fast-paced environment
• Execute customer service tasks including greeting guests and answering phones
• Manage cashiering duties and follow operational policies and procedures
• Handle stock management including packing/unpacking shipments and organizing the stock room
• Maintain product flow to ensure smooth store running

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, kneeling, and bending
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
