Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment
• Act as a greeter, runner, or cashier to ensure smooth store operations
• Execute operational policies, including answering phones and managing customer inquiries
• Manage shipments by packing and unpacking items and organizing the stock room
• Maintain product flow to support the overall retail excellence of the store

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
