Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house retail operations in a fast-paced environment
• Act as a greeter, runner, and cashier to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Execute operational policies and procedures, including answering phones
• Manage stock room organization, including packing and unpacking shipments to support product flow
• Maintain store standards through efficient multitasking and resourcefulness

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
