Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house retail operations in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Act as a greeter, runner, or cashier to ensure seamless customer service
• Execute operational policies and procedures, including answering phones
• Manage shipments by packing and unpacking items
• Organize the stock room to maintain efficient product flow and store organization

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and climb ladders
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 40 lbs
