Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house retail operations
• Act as a greeter, runner, and cashier to ensure smooth store flow
• Execute operational policies, including answering phones and managing shipments
• Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stockroom to maintain product flow
• Maintain a fast-paced and efficient environment to support the retail team

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, kneeling, and bending
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Stock-related experience is preferred
