Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house retail operations in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Act as a greeter, runner, or cashier to ensure smooth store flow
• Execute operational policies and procedures, including answering phones
• Manage shipments by packing and unpacking items
• Organize the stock room to support efficient product flow

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, and climb ladders
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
