Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment
• Assist with customer service, greeting guests, and cashiering duties
• Manage stockroom organization, including packing and unpacking shipments to ensure smooth product flow
• Execute operational policies and procedures to maintain store standards
• Act as a runner and assist with various tasks to support the store team

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
