Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Execute operational policies and procedures, including acting as a greeter, runner, or cashier
• Manage shipments by packing and unpacking items to ensure smooth product flow
• Organize and maintain the stock room to support store efficiency
• Handle various tasks such as answering phones and assisting with customer needs

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability to meet business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, and climb ladders
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Occasional overnight travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in stock-related roles or inventory management
