Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Act as a greeter, runner, or cashier to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Execute operational policies including packing/unpacking shipments and organizing the stock room
• Maintain product flow to support the smooth running of the store
• Assist with answering phones and managing various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, weekends, and occasional overnights
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, and climbing ladders
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
