Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Execute operational policies including cashiering, answering phones, and acting as a greeter
• Manage product flow by packing/unpacking shipments and organizing the stock room
• Maintain store standards to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, weekends, and occasional overnights
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, climb ladders, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Strong multitasking skills and a collaborative, resourceful mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in stock management or warehouse operations
