Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Execute operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth store running
• Manage product flow by packing and unpacking shipments
• Organize the stock room to maintain efficient inventory management
• Assist with various tasks including greeting customers, running items, cashiering, and answering phones

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, and reach
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in stock-related roles or inventory management
