Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Perform various roles including greeter, runner, cashier, and answering phones
• Execute operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth store running
• Manage stock room organization, including packing and unpacking shipments to support product flow
• Maintain high standards of customer service to create memorable brand experiences

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, kneeling, and bending
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
