Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Execute operational policies and procedures, including acting as a greeter, runner, or cashier
• Manage shipments by packing and unpacking items to ensure smooth product flow
• Organize and maintain the stock room to support store efficiency
• Assist with answering phones and providing high-quality customer service

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability to meet business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Stock-related experience is preferred
