Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Act as a greeter, runner, or cashier to ensure seamless customer service
• Execute operational policies, including answering phones and managing shipments
• Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stock room to maintain efficient product flow
• Maintain a high standard of excellence to support the smooth running of the store

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and reaching
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
