Support Associate Seasonal

Responsibilities

• Support both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Act as a greeter, runner, or cashier to ensure smooth store operations
• Execute operational policies and procedures, including answering phones
• Manage shipments by packing and unpacking items
• Organize the stock room to maintain efficient product flow

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in stock-related roles or warehouse operations
