Support Associate Seasonal

Responsibilities

• Support both front and back of house retail operations in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with customer service, greeting guests, and answering phones
• Perform cashiering duties and execute operational policies and procedures
• Manage stock room organization, including packing and unpacking shipments to ensure smooth product flow
• Maintain store standards through various runner and support tasks

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
