Support Associate-2

Responsibilities

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Act as a greeter, runner, or cashier to ensure seamless customer service
• Execute operational policies including answering phones and managing shipments
• Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stock room to maintain efficient product flow
• Maintain store standards through various tasks including climbing ladders, reaching, and bending

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
