About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide individually adapted support to people with disabilities
- Promote independence and well-being in daily life
- Support users in their daily routines and activities based on their needs and abilities
- Work according to personal implementation plans
- Use clarifying pedagogy and low-affective approach to create security and predictability
- Work professionally and efficiently within the organization's resources and budget
Requirements
- Very good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
- Good computer skills and experience with documentation
- Experience working within healthcare and caregiving
- High school education (e.g., child and leisure program, care and nursing program) or post-secondary education (e.g., support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or relevant university degree)
- Ability to be relational, calm, and stable
- Strong collaborative skills and a sense of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in psychiatry
- Experience with AKK (Alternative and Augmentative Communication)
- Experience with low-affective approach
- Experience working with complex support needs
