Responsibilities

  • Provide individually adapted support to people with disabilities to promote independence and well-being
  • Support users in their daily routines and activities based on their personal implementation plans
  • Use clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal approach to create security and predictability
  • Work professionally and efficiently within the organization's resources and budget

Requirements

  • Very good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
  • Good computer literacy and experience with documentation
  • Experience working within healthcare and social care
  • Ability to work relationally, calmly, and stably
  • Strong collaborative skills and a sense of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in psychiatry, AKK, or low-arousal approach
  • Experience working with complex support needs and challenging behaviors
  • High school education in child and leisure, care and nursing, or post-secondary education in social pedagogy or a relevant field
  • Driver's license
