About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide individually adapted support to people with disabilities to promote independence and well-being
- Support users in their daily routines and activities based on their personal implementation plans
- Use clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal approach to create security and predictability
- Work professionally and efficiently within the organization's resources and budget
Requirements
- Very good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
- Good computer literacy and experience with documentation
- Experience working within healthcare and social care
- Ability to work relationally, calmly, and stably
- Strong collaborative skills and a sense of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in psychiatry, AKK, or low-arousal approach
- Experience working with complex support needs and challenging behaviors
- High school education in child and leisure, care and nursing, or post-secondary education in social pedagogy or a relevant field
- Driver's license
