Responsibilities

• Act as the vital link between Production and IT departments, specifically managing MES/LES systems
• Analyze needs and contribute to the creation of technical specifications
• Test new functionalities on pilot systems and train users on the MES (Apriso)
• Deploy and stabilize MES functionalities within production workshops
• Centralize and report incidents or required evolutions for Apriso
• Provide direct support to users and act as a technical relay in the workshop
• Manage the product backlog and lead change management initiatives
• Facilitate working groups and manage the Key User network

Requirements

• Engineering degree or technical technician diploma from a technical field
• Mastery of production processes
• Proficiency with information system tools and data (PLM, ERP, MES, LES)
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of Scrum methodology
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to train others (andragogy), active listening, and proactive problem-solving skills
