Responsibilities

  • Assist members with questions on how to use the Range platform
  • Act as the first line of defense on technical issues
  • Identify member problems quickly and offer effective solutions
  • Create and maintain a knowledge library of platform functionality
  • Maintain success metrics and data as directed
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices
  • Refine customer-facing AI agents to scale support
  • Leverage AI tools to increase daily output

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a support or technical role
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • BS or BA degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS startup or FinTech experience
  • Experience using financial services technology
  • Interest in the tech industry or consumer fintech
