Responsibilities
- Assist members with questions on how to use the Range platform
- Act as the first line of defense on technical issues
- Identify member problems quickly and offer effective solutions
- Create and maintain a knowledge library of platform functionality
- Maintain success metrics and data as directed
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices
- Refine customer-facing AI agents to scale support
- Leverage AI tools to increase daily output
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a support or technical role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- BS or BA degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS startup or FinTech experience
- Experience using financial services technology
- Interest in the tech industry or consumer fintech
