Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement forecasting models to predict pharmaceutical market trends, sales, and claims
• Analyze and interpret data from pharmaceutical industry sources including secondary/subnational data and claims
• Utilize advanced Excel, SQL, and Python to build and refine forecasting models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely
• Monitor and evaluate forecasting model performance and make necessary adjustments
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in pharmaceutical analytics

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical forecasting or a related field
• Expertise in forecasting techniques and models
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and Python
• Experience with pharmaceutical industry data sources (secondary/subnational, sales, and claims)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Dataiku DSS
• Experience with AI/ML capabilities
