Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify potential technical issues before they escalate and reach out to clients with tailored solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to ensure timely and effective support.
• Conduct proactive calls to clients to assess needs, provide updates, and foster strong partnerships.
• Collaborate with the support team to share insights and strategies for rapid issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve support operations and tools.
• Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical info to non-technical users.
• Proven customer service experience with a passion for exceptional service.
• Experience using ticketing systems and other technical support tools.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
