Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by coordinating with stakeholders and senior analysts
• Support data collection, analysis, and the creation of visualizations and dashboards using Power BI
• Utilize AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot to automate routine reporting and enhance productivity
• Manage and maintain structured and unstructured data repositories and digital document control systems like Aconex
• Translate technical information into user-friendly documentation and training materials for end-users
• Support automation and data tasks using scripting languages such as Python or SQL
• Assist in the administration, integration, and enhancement of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in document/records management and SDLC analysis
• 2+ years of experience working in multi-skilled team environments focused on data automation
• Deep understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, including site creation, permissions, and customization
• Experience integrating SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 services like Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate
• Proficiency in scripting languages to automate administrative tasks and custom solutions
• Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS for managing SharePoint environments
• Experience with planning and executing SharePoint migrations and upgrades
• Proficiency in enterprise-level management software such as Aconex, Microsoft Project, or Primavera
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or other relevant project management certifications (e.g., Prince2, Agile)
