Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Continuously track critical system variables including voltage, current, temperature, SoC, and SoH
• Identify, log, and report deviations from operating parameters and escalate as needed
• Manage and adjust system performance to meet grid demand
• Execute safety protocols during contingencies, including cell isolation and emergency shutdowns
• Maintain detailed operation logs and generate daily performance reports

Requirements

• Degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Electromechanics
• Knowledge of DC/AC power systems and lithium-ion battery management (BMS)
• Experience with SCADA platforms or energy monitoring software
• Familiarity with industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP, CAN, and serial
• Prior experience in control centers, substations, or solar/wind farms
