Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by coordinating with stakeholders and supporting senior analysts
• Support data collection and basic analysis tasks to aid organizational decision-making and reporting
• Utilize AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot to automate routine reporting and enhance productivity
• Manage and maintain structured and unstructured data repositories to ensure information accessibility
• Translate technical information into user-friendly documentation and training materials for end-users
• Promote data literacy by supporting training sessions for team members and stakeholders
• Maintain digital document control systems such as Aconex to ensure compliance with standards
• Support automation and data tasks using scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, SQL)
• Assist in creating and updating data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, including site creation, permissions, and customization
• Experience integrating SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 services like Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate
• Proficiency in scripting languages to automate administrative tasks and create custom solutions
• Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS for managing SharePoint environments
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data and automating data processing tasks
• Proficiency in enterprise-level management software such as Aconex, Microsoft Project, or Primavera
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Prince2, or Agile project management certification
• Experience planning and executing SharePoint migrations and upgrades
• Experience working in a multi-skilled team environment focused on data automation
