Support Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve queries from live users of intermodal logistics software
• Triage support tickets, answer functional questions, and troubleshoot application issues
• Handle application support cases by gathering information and logging details accurately
• Resolve client issues or escalate complex matters to 3rd-line support and training teams
• Liaise with development teams to manage software changes and ensure correct functionality
• Participate in process reviews to identify trends and implement improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in application support or technical support roles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload under pressure
• Experience in logistics, intermodal transport, or related software domains is preferred
