Support Analyst - ERP

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level functional and operational support to ERP users within the Purchasing and Finance functions.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve functional incidents reported by users to ensure business continuity.
• Manage the lifecycle of incidents and service requests, including prioritization, tracking, and escalation to specialists or external providers.
• Administer user accounts, security roles, and permissions in accordance with group governance and audit requirements.
• Create and maintain user guides, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in ERP evolution activities, including testing updates, application fixes, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Bac +3 degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in ERP application support within a professional environment.
• Experience in incident management and application support processes.
• Experience in user account administration, including managing security roles and permissions.
• Experience collaborating with external service providers and technical support teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or IT Service Management (ITSM) certification.
• Experience participating in ERP deployment projects or system testing phases.
