About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle and process level 3 support tickets in ServiceNow (analysis, diagnosis, resolution)
- Provide advanced support for MDM issues (configuration, deployment, security, policies, complex incidents)
- Certify new hardware through compatibility tests, functional validation, performance, and security with the MDM solution
- Document procedures, recurring incident resolutions, and homologation phase results
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the MDM platform through optimization proposals and configuration adjustments
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in similar missions
- Proficiency with PowerShell
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Significant experience in a banking environment is a plus
