Supply/Demand Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business growth objectives
• Lead demand planning and sales forecasting processes using historical data and market insights
• Oversee end-to-end inventory governance, optimizing stock levels and minimizing obsolescence
• Direct procurement and vendor management, including contract negotiations and SLA oversight
• Manage full-spectrum logistics operations to ensure cost-effective transportation and on-time delivery
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to align execution with product launches
• Leverage analytics and KPIs to monitor performance and identify process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain or logistics leadership experience
• Experience within e-commerce or retail environments
• Expertise in inventory management, procurement, and logistics
• Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management systems
• Proven vendor negotiation and performance management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Experience with automation, dropshipping, or omnichannel models
• Knowledge of international logistics and compliance
• Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma
