About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including requisition management, material/property accounting, and financial compliance.
- Supervise data entry personnel to ensure efficient logistics actions for accepting, accounting for, and preparing equipment for shipment.
- Coordinate with Government Quality Assurance Representatives and other managers to ensure integration of logistics support operations.
- Perform requirements planning, analysis, inventory records management, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure all activities comply with local procedures, Statement of Work, and Marine Corps directives.
- Develop and document instructions, procedures, and report metrics.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in logistics engineering, property control/inventory, supply management, accounting, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Five (5) years of progressive work experience in a supply chain environment.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- US Citizenship is required (proof required).
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of GCSS-MC, DPAS, and/or STRATIS integrated applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Access, Power BI, and/or SQL.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and information monitoring.
- Proven ability in teamwork, collaboration, and stress management.
