Supply Strategic Projects Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority, cross-functional Supply initiatives spanning monetization, performance, compliance, and other strategic priorities
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, owners, timelines, risks, and decisions
• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects across Product, Legal, Tax, CX, Data, and Supply teams
• Improve Supply operations by building stronger processes, playbooks, and operating models
• Use data and business judgment to assess impact and support decision-making
• Strengthen team operations through sharper coordination and AI adoption

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, or marketplace operations in high-growth tech
• Strong program and project leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions
• Structured problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity
• Data-driven approach with advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency
• Ownership mindset with the ability to act autonomously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL and BI fluency (e.g., Looker)
• Experience in marketplaces or platform businesses
• Background in consulting or strategy & ops with structured problem-solving training
