Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority, cross-functional Supply initiatives spanning monetization, performance, and compliance
• Transform ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, owners, timelines, and decisions
• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects across Product, Legal, Tax, CX, and Data teams
• Build stronger processes, playbooks, and operating models to handle complex recurring topics
• Use data and business judgment to assess impact and shape strategic recommendations
• Strengthen Supply team operations through better coordination and AI adoption

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, or marketplace operations
• Proven track record of leading ambiguous, cross-functional programs in high-growth tech environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Structured problem-solving capabilities
• Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel/Sheets skills
• High degree of autonomy and an ownership mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL and BI fluency (e.g., Looker)
• Experience in marketplaces or platform businesses
• Background in consulting or strategy & ops with structured problem-solving training
