Supply Relationship Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for specialized equipment including wellhead control panels, SIS/ESD systems, and process instrumentation.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and OEMs while building long-term relationships across the UAE, GCC, and Europe.
• Lead category management for high-impact areas such as capital equipment, instrumentation, services, and logistics.
• Oversee RFQ/RFP processes, commercial bid evaluations, and contract negotiations to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Perform supplier audits and performance reviews to mitigate risks related to reliability and compliance.
• Mentor procurement analysts and collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure organizational alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier development.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, as well as e-sourcing tools and spend analytics.
• Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience in vendor development and supplier auditing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
