Supply Planning Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee the architectural integrity, development, and continuous enhancement of the global supply chain planning ecosystem
• Translate solution architecture into technical specifications and own the technical product backlog
• Analyze complex business procedures to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into functional design specifications
• Provide expert-level configuration and integration support for Blue Yonder ESP and related applications
• Act as the Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalation point for resolving complex system issues and troubleshooting the ESP platform
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system enhancements meet business standards
• Author technical documentation and deliver training to end-users on new systems and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Business Analyst
• Specific, hands-on experience with Blue Yonder ESP
• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale systems implementations
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum project management methodologies
• Experience in change management and business process re-engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
