Supply Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Supply Planning Analysts, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Own and scale supply planning processes and systems using Oracle ERP to drive data integrity and consistency.
• Drive performance against key supply chain KPIs, including fill rate, inventory turns, and excess/obsolete inventory.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, distribution, demand planning, and operations to resolve constraints.
• Lead monthly S&OP reporting and present risks, trade-offs, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as process automation and inventory optimization.
• Support new product introductions, product transitions, and end-of-life planning through robust analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning or related supply chain roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience with supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
