Supply Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise supply plan using rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP)
• Lead the supply review process within the monthly S&OP cycle
• Serve as the primary point of contact for plant Operations regarding supply plan requirements and capacity utilization
• Provide dotted-line oversight to plant Master Schedulers to align enterprise plans with facility-level MPS
• Identify supply/demand imbalances and develop resolution scenarios
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, and Materials teams
• Maintain and improve supply planning tools, capacity models, and ERP parameters
• Monitor key supply planning KPIs including schedule attainment and inventory performance
• Lead a team of supply planners to optimize inventory and product availability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning, master scheduling, or S&OP in manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience with rough-cut capacity planning and MPS development
• Proficiency with ERP systems (INFOR/SyteLine highly preferred)
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and capacity modeling tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing cross-functional or dotted-line leadership
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• ASCM CPIM certification
