Supply Planning Beauty & Wellbeing Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and implement supply plans by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks.
• Lead a team responsible for MPS, MRP, Line scheduling, and DRP (shipment planning to DCs).
• Lead Demand-Supply Review meetings and provide feedback to Demand Planners regarding risks and opportunities.
• Monitor and action waste prevention for Finished Goods, Packing, and Raw materials.
• Manage supply crises including product availability, quality issues, and microbiological concerns.
• Define inventory and distribution policy guidelines and model plans according to business targets.
• Collaborate with the innovation planning team on phase-in/phase-out plans and portfolio changes to ensure zero waste.
• Partner with Logistics, DC, and Customer Excellence teams to discuss constraints and execute monthly plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Mastery of planning processes including MPS, MRP, LS, and DRP.
• Proven experience in inventory management and scenario/exception-based planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Digital mindset with the ability to deploy and use planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis).
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end supply chain leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a change management agent within a complex organization.
• Experience working with third-party manufacturers.
