Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and buying for monthly Best Selling Replenishment (BSR) and Additional Business Opportunities (ABO).
• Act as the primary point of contact for global commercial regions regarding E2E supply communication and needs.
• Consolidate regional buys into a global overview and collaborate with offshore planners to ensure timely product delivery.
• Work closely with vendors and offshore teams to confirm buys, finalize delivery timelines, and manage additional costs.
• Perform monthly reporting and analysis on non-seasonal business, including Fast Track and replenishment.
• Collaborate with Merchandisers, product developers, and capacity planning teams to meet requested KPIs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in supply planning, project management, or related commercial fields.
• Completed MBO/HBO degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and proactive approach to working in fast-paced environments.
